Immune Boosting- Cold Chaser - Prep Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:  elderflowers, lime–tree blossoms, Thyme, aniseed, fennel, rose-hip peel  liquorice root, blackberry leaves, wild thyme. To PREPAIR: Add 5 cups water in a pan, once water is boiling add fresh ginger strips to water, reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Strain ingredients from liquid and drink. Add local honey, organic brown sugar or lemon to taste if desired. Remainder of tea can be used later. Enjoy! To purchase Wellness teas.
